What does the Quality Builders Warranty Include?

Superior Coverage… Quality Builders Warranty and Liberty Mutual have joined together to provide you with the highest quality coverage available, while keeping the warranty simple to understand for both the builder and the customer.

The First Year…The builder warrants the home against defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of nonconformity with QBW’s Warranty standards. If the builder is unable to meet this requirement, QBW will.

The Second Year…The builder’s liability is further limited to defects in wiring, piping, and duct work and the performance of the home’s systems and major structural defects as defined in the warranty.

Third through the Tenth Year…Should a major structural defect occur during this period, QBW takes over and will either replace, or repair or pay the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the defect or item necessary to make the home safe and livable under the terms described in the QBW Limited Warranty Agreement.
